The location is absolutely fantastic, being right on the beach and within walking distance to both the Caleta de Fuste center and the Atlantico shopping center
I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly staff
The staff were incredibly lovely and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed
The breakfast was superb, meeting all my expectations

This Family Suite has a terrace with sea views and a kitchen featuring a refrigerator, a microwave, and an electric kettle. I liked the size of the room and the attentive staff. It was a lovely hotel but too big for our needs, and we didn’t really enjoy being among all the fully inclusive guests.

The staff is very friendly, the view from the room is beautiful, and the room cleanliness is good. However, the mattress was a nightmare; on the first night I felt the springs on my back and couldn’t find relief. By the next day I pushed the issue to the staff, hoping for a solution, but they didn’t do much. I ended up sleeping on the floor with two sofa cushions for six nights without any definitive fix, and I still had back pain. The lack of hygiene was also a problem—cutlery had food on it, and I mentioned it multiple times in the dining area, but nothing changed. The shower leaked a lot of water from outside while I was showering, and I reported it, yet nothing improved before I left. The entertainment was awful: everything was in English, of poor quality, drinks were low‑quality, and they offered therapy services that were never available, always with excuses. For someone with hotel experience for work and leisure, this place doesn’t deserve four stars—probably two or three at best, aside from the courteous staff. I won’t return.

The entertainment, led by Miki—a man who knows everything to keep you entertained—was great, and the buffet surprised me daily with its variety and exquisite taste. The only negative was that my hammock reservation was taken away and left to the wind instead of being stored at reception or somewhere safe; it felt rude, especially since many people book hammocks.
