I had a terrible experience; nothing was positive, and the overall rating is a 1.0/10.
“Please don't choose this hotel to stay”
I saw many guests in the lobby demanding refunds because the rooms were subpar and the air conditioning failed; the manager admitted he was stuck on a 20k salary and the overall management was awful, with staff even telling customers to find a better hotel, making it the worst place I've ever seen in Chennai, rating 2.0/10.
Dirty Bathroom and Beds
Good hospitality. Water is not good
The property was poorly maintained, not even a service apartment, and it was completely unclean, earning a 1.0/10.
