From the reception to the farewell, everything felt like an unmatched experience; the staff were incredibly attentive, the RIAD’s mansion‑like facilities are centrally located, and the breakfast and coffee were spectacular. The only downside was that the room lighting could use a slight improvement, though it didn’t bother us.

This was the best RIAD I’ve stayed in during a multi‑week trip to Morocco. Thanks to the gentleman who met us at the parking lot (sorry I forgot his name), for all the detailed tips about Marrakech, and for recommending the Lebanese restaurant that was delicious. The RIAD’s tour and the Michelin‑chef‑run dinner were unforgettable; we dined on the beautiful terrace with perfect service and flavor. Breakfast and service were professional, and the management, staff, facilities, and location—just a short walk from the parking—were all superb. Highly recommend!

The staff were the highlight of our stay; everyone was kind and helpful. We did wish there were toiletries in the room—vanity kit, lotion, toothpaste, etc.—but we managed fine without them, so it wasn’t a big issue.

I love the colors, the tiling, the room, and the rooftop. It’s a beautiful RIAD and well worth a stay.
