Everything. A very comfortable, large room with a nice terrace, a very comfortable bed, and a quiet location. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was excellent—especially the coffee specials (espresso, latte, regular coffee). Be sure to book with breakfast or add it. Two very good restaurants and a 7/11 are within walking distance, and the Mon Bridge is 8 minutes by car or taxi. Nothing negative.

I was impressed that the place is still new, but it already shows signs of aging like broken lights and a sewage smell, yet it still feels clean. The location isn’t ideal for the village; you’ll need a car. The garden is mostly used for hanging towels and bed sheets. Breakfast was poor and cost 200 THB per person. When my mother saw the breakfast she said she wouldn’t eat it, and when we asked to cancel one order they said they would still charge us. We requested an extra towel for our 8‑month‑old daughter and they charged 100 THB. Finally, at checkout they charged 100 THB per towel for three towels of my mum that they claimed were too dirty. I know this can happen in mid‑to‑low range hotels, but I thought it was worth sharing.
