“Traumatizzante”
Nothing good. The place was filthy, the staff couldn’t understand our issues, the sheets were dirty, ants on the bed, trash already full when we arrived, used razors left in the shower, the AC smelled like mold, drawers contained other guests’ clothes, hair everywhere and on the beds, towels were dirty and stained, bottles were left open in the fridge, the sink didn’t work, the lock was defective, and the host never appeared, never even to hand over the keys that were left under a rock in a plant in front of the entrance.
