The hotel's beautiful grounds and friendly staff made for a great first impression, but things took a turn for the worse when we were hit with an unexpected bill of almost $180 for things like garden maintenance, pool upkeep, and food we never even ordered. We'd already tipped the staff generously, so it felt unfair to be charged for it.

The property is stunning, with beautifully designed rooms and an incredible rooftop pool offering breathtaking views. However, it's a shame that you can't access the ocean directly from the beach. The food was good, but not exceptional.

The hotel itself was a real gem, with great facilities and a fantastic location. The reception staff were super friendly and welcoming. However, there were a couple of issues that let it down - we found some cockroaches in the kitchen, which wasn't exactly what we wanted to see. To make matters worse, we left a wallet behind and returned for it, but unfortunately it never turned up.
