Everything was fine. Very quiet to rest and small, so you feel at home. It’s far from the tourist area; we went to a wedding that was very close, so it worked well for us.

It felt like a secluded (and safe) paradise in the middle of a very busy city. Beautiful landscaping at the entrance and walkways. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well decorated. The room smelled amazing (like essential oils). We had an upstairs room, not sure what downstairs rooms were like. Nice, small patio. Liked all the "extras".free drinks in the mini fridge, free little bottle of Mezcal, cool take‑home water bottle, instant espresso machine in the room. Included breakfast was AMAZING and the gal who prepared and served was so sweet. Far enough out of the busy center that we felt it wasn’t “touristy,” but easy to walk to the city center with loads of cafes, restaurants, bars, etc. We had a car and we were able to park outside very close to the hotel on the city street, no problem.

The breakfast was delicious and varied each day, the patio was a great spot to relax and eat, and the cook/server was a very sweet woman.

This place is a real gem. From the moment you step into their beautiful garden, you know you're in for a treat. Our room was spacious and super comfortable, with a serene atmosphere that made it hard to leave. And don't even get me started on the breakfast - it's one of the best in Oaxaca, hands down. If I have one tiny complaint, it's that the pillows could be a bit softer.
