I've stayed in tons of hotels worldwide, but the service at Kenoa is hands down the best I've ever had.
Everything was spotless.
The breakfast at this hotel was fantastic, and the staff were top of the line - super friendly and helpful.

The staff were attentive and caring right from the moment we arrived, and there was nothing to complain about.

The hotel is very pretty, well planned, and uses natural materials that blend with the surroundings; the staff are the highlight, with impeccable service and readiness, yet unobtrusive as a high‑standard hotel should be, and the service justifies the price. We had a couple of communication hiccups about using the sauna (it was important to be notified in advance), so we couldn’t use it, and a few small maintenance issues in the room (a towel hook was falling). Nothing that disrupted our experience.

The location was excellent, with a clean and pretty beach nearby, and the staff were among the best I've seen in hotels worldwide; the restaurant was spectacular! Still, I think the rooms could improve in functionality: the nightstand is a tiny wooden one that easily lets things fall, the bathtubs in the bathroom are tilted and I kept dropping my toothbrush cup, and the closet is also a bit small and couldn't hold all our clothes. I understand the hotel’s rustic design, but sometimes it felt a bit excessive, though nothing serious that could affect the overall super positive experience we had!
