The shower worked well, but I couldn't use the stove for dinner or breakfast and nobody came to fix it; I was still charged the full room rate even though the stove was unusable, so I paid for a non‑working appliance.

When I arrived the room was filthy: the refrigerator was unplugged and melted all over the floor, women's underwear was hanging on the shower curtain, and a used condom lay under the bed—absolutely disgusting, and I want my money back.

The location was convenient, but the bed was uncomfortable, we had to wash our own linens, and the hotel didn't provide any, so we had to buy everything; the stairwell needed a serious cleaning and I definitely won't return.
