The breakfast was fantastic and very varied—Western, Indonesian, Japanese, Chinese, and more, with plenty of options. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the staff were very attentive and friendly. The only downside was that the room faced the street, so traffic noise seeped in even on the 14th floor.

The staff’s attitude and the overall cleanliness of the hotel were commendable. However, when I asked the reception to hand over a friend’s belongings at the counter, the communication among the staff seemed broken, so the handover didn’t go smoothly and took extra time.
