The location was perfect, close to public transport and many restaurants. The room wasn’t clean; ants were on the floor, mold was in the bathroom, and there were moth‑flies in the bathroom. The door posts were warped from dampness, and it was very noisy.

The advantage was the distance to Rome Termini for train travel. We visited Assisi, Castel Gandolfo, and Fiumicino airport; it was really cheap and comfortable. The room was small and didn’t offer much space to relax, but there was a kitchen with tables if you wanted to make breakfast or coffee.

The place was clean, comfortable, and close to the train station. The elevator was ancient and a bit intimidating. The chain, brick counter‑weight, and the long greasy dust strands hanging from it were filthy, and the stair banisters needed thorough cleaning. I think this applies to the whole building.

The location was good, near the terminal. The bathroom door didn’t close, a drink fell on the sheet and it wasn’t changed. The toilet paper ran out; we sent a message via WhatsApp as instructed but never got a reply, so we had to go out and buy a roll.

The air conditioning worked, the bed was comfortable, and the housekeeping came daily, all while the location was practically next to Termini station. However, the walls were extremely thin, so everything was audible, the gaps in the front door were wide, and the bathroom door had damage that prevented it from closing properly.
