“Тихо, чисто, вкусно, симпатично, в самом центре, но адрес неверный и надо исправить.”
Breakfast is served on plates, not a buffet, but overall it’s good, presented in a stylish and beautifully decorated bar on the first floor of the hotel; the room is clean, quiet, spacious, almost two‑roomed, and the air‑conditioner works well. It used to be an apartment with a wide windowsill. There are two hotels; we were put in the second, which lacks the fancy ceilings but is still painted and tidy. The location is perfect—close to the boulevard, cafés‑restaurants, the fortress, and the fountain square, nothing more central. The biggest issue is the missing proper address: there’s no house number, and the hotel isn’t actually on Abdulkarim Ali‑Zadeh Street, Sabayil, 1001; you have to turn onto Tagieva, walk a bit on the right toward the boulevard, and that’s where Bella is. We spent half an hour figuring it out. The hotel urgently needs to display the correct address and house number. Apparently, the hotel shown in the photos with the beautiful ceilings, design, and balconies didn’t have a location—somewhat annoying, but okay. The second one is simpler but still decent. There’s no elevator, but the staff helps with luggage. After settling in, there were no problems.
