The tranquility, the views of Tepozteco, the almost empty pool, and especially Hector’s excellent service made everything great. The whole staff were very friendly. We might have missed the telescope they had at night.

The pool and property with mature gardens and stunning mountain views were gorgeous. Breakfast was tasty and served on a leafy patio with a picturesque pond and lovely vibe. Staff were attentive, helped with luggage, transport, and more. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean, making for a very relaxing and peaceful stay. I recommend the nearby restaurant Piantao for wood‑fired pizzas and salads if you want Italian. The junior suite advertised a kitchenette, which it was… sort of. It was a shared kitchen with two guest rooms attached, lacking dishes, utensils, or anything to actually cook—just a fridge and a table. Some guests had breakfast delivered to their rooms, so maybe it’s meant for eating in only, but it wasn’t a usable kitchen. The location isn’t far from the main part of town, but it felt that way—mostly residential and a bit of a trek to find open restaurants for dinner if you don’t have a car or want to call a taxi all the time. Note: Uber does not operate locally in Tepoztlán.

Everything was top‑class from the moment we arrived. The staff were fantastic, helping us with our luggage, welcoming us, and explaining all the room details and services. They were available at all times. The rooms were excellent, with comfortable beds, a great TV streaming service, and superb food. The view was beautiful and the atmosphere truly relaxing. I loved every bit of it and will definitely come back to this marvelous place. Highly recommend.

The garden is amazing and the pool is pretty with a view of Tepozteco. Breakfasts are good and the staff are friendly. I ended up staying in rooms at the back, and on the other side of the fence there’s a rooster farm that seems possessed. They keep crowing from 5 am to about 6 pm. It’s almost impossible to enjoy the room unless you’re used to hearing roosters scream like they’re being killed.
