“HORRIBLE WASTE OF MONEY!!!”

Nothing good to say—I left and stayed elsewhere. I pre‑paid and lost over $300, but it was worth staying at another hotel. The property looked run down, with old cars in the parking lot, several fans in the hallway, and a strange smell. When I called, the front desk lady told me to call back because she was “literally” in the bathroom. The place looked very old and unkept.

I stayed in room 101 and it was a terrible experience. When checking in, I asked the front‑desk staff directly if the room would be noisy, and they assured me it was very quiet. But once I was actually in the room, I discovered it was next to the exit door, so I could hear the door opening and closing and the thud all day long. Every time someone passed by, the door’s thud made my room door vibrate and produced a loud noise, which really ruined my rest. I asked to change rooms, but the front‑desk said all rooms were full and no change could be made. I stayed for 2 nights and was extremely annoyed and disappointed to have to endure the constant door noise, especially since I had asked about noise beforehand and was told the room would be quiet.

The location in Blue Ash was perfect for me, but the walk to room 200 from the front desk after getting off the elevator was long.
