“Erst abgespeist, dann abgezockt: Ohne booking.com hätten wir die gebuchte Suite nie bekommen”

The suite was spacious and offered a lot of room. But at check‑in we were given a worse room than the booked suite. When we complained, the reception staff were unfriendly, uninterested, and wanted to charge us an extra 1,000 SEK per night (!!). Only after contacting management did the booked suite suddenly become available. The suite itself, while large, was completely impractical: there was no wardrobe, most light switches didn’t work, and the mattresses were buttery soft and sagging. A restful sleep was almost impossible. The coffee was sour. The beds weren’t made, and we even had to take out the trash ourselves. For the price of a suite this is unacceptable. We cannot recommend this hotel; on the contrary.

Nice and central, great staff, and good parking. The only downside was the lack of a restaurant in the evening.

“Très bel appartement mais je penses qu’il faut entrenir l’ensemble mieux”

The loft was magnificent and well equipped. I think the maintenance of the property needs improvement, especially the windows that need cleaning. Also, the kitchen hood that we must turn on to avoid the smoke detector is only functional if we re‑arm the fuse, which is a very special electrician task. It’s a shame that the whole place isn’t better maintained.

A large, bright suite with a parking spot at the house and good breakfast. There was mold in the shower, the bedroom was only slightly larger than the bed and had no nightstands, the exhaust hood was broken but a high fine was imposed for non‑use, and the receptionist was unfriendly.

“Not worth the money”

I loved the view, but there were too few personal touches.
