We really loved our stay! The apartment is conveniently located, close to both the airport and the train station, and there’s a beach nearby. Getting to Nice city centre and other towns by train is very easy. The apartment is clean, tidy, and comfortable, and it’s especially suitable for couples. The host, Thomas, is a very kind, friendly, and understanding person. He even left some delicious drinks in the fridge for us, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Nice. We would definitely stay here again!

“Pleasant accommodation and lovely hosts / Hébergement agréable et hôtes très sympathiques”

A very pleasant place to stay where we felt really comfortable during our time in Nice. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as we expected. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and communication with them was completely easy and smooth. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily choose this accommodation again. Un hébergement très agréable où nous nous sommes vraiment sentis bien pendant notre séjour à Nice. Tout était propre, confortable et correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes. Les hôtes étaient sympathiques, disponibles et la communication avec eux était très facile. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et nous choisirions volontiers cet hébergement à nouveau. It’s not something that negatively affected our stay, but rather a practical detail that is good to know in advance. The toilet is located directly in the room, right next to the bed, and is separated only by folding doors, so privacy is somewhat limited. The same applies to the shower, which is also part of the room and has no door or curtain. This may not be an issue for couples, but if friends are travelling together, it can feel a little less comfortable. Ce n’est pas quelque chose qui a réellement gâché notre séjour, mais plutôt un détail pratique qu’il est bon de connaître à l’avance. Les toilettes se trouvent directement dans la chambre, juste à côté du lit, et ne sont séparées que par une porte pliante, donc l’intimité est assez limitée. Il en va de même pour la douche, qui se trouve également directement dans la chambre et ne dispose ni de porte ni de rideau. Cela ne pose pas forcément de problème pour un couple, mais si l’on voyage entre amis, cela peut être un peu moins confortable

“perfekt”

We had a truly wonderful stay and wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation! The apartment was very clean, cozy, and thoughtfully furnished, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect for us, and the landlords were incredibly friendly and helpful. From the start, communication was straightforward, quick, and warm, showing they truly care about their guests’ comfort. We felt great throughout our stay and would come back anytime. Thank you for the lovely experience and excellent hospitality! A clear recommendation – 5 stars are well deserved.

Tutto condensato nel monolocale: ottime le soluzioni progettuali trovate. Eccessiva vicinanza del WC al letto. Consiglierei l'aggiunta di un piccolo tavolo all'interno
