The bathroom was clean, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable, despite being a bit hard.
The front desk staff were extremely attentive and helpful, answering all my questions with a smile.
The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Izmir, close to the historic part of the city and within walking distance to the pier where ferries depart.
My room was absolutely amazing, with plenty of space, a fridge, a TV, and even a unique combo fan and lamp.

“Mega nett, sehr zentral, jedesmal wieder”
The location is very central. One must keep in mind it’s a somewhat noisy area, yet we didn’t notice any of that in the hotel. The hotel was clean, we had a nice large room. All staff were incredibly friendly, especially Erkut Bey who became very dear to us. Parking on the street isn’t possible. We found a comfortable alternative at the parking garage on 1476.Skk, where you can park without searching for a spot and leave the car for a reasonable price.
Location, staff. No elevator.
“Perfect location and a gentleman owner but many many improvements are really needed!!!”
The place sits in a convenient spot and the owner was helpful, letting me stash my bags for roughly 9 hours after I checked out. However, the constant construction and maintenance noise was annoying, and the room had a strong cigarette‑smoke odor. The shower wall support was broken, and at 1 am a stranger barged into my daughter’s room and shouted loudly, raising concerns about safety.
The welcome was super.
“Et venligt og velholdt hotel med et fremragende personale. Rigtig godt valg, hvis man vil være tæt på byens liv”
The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and warm throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the hotel is fairly central to the city’s life. The area is very lively in the evenings, which may be a plus for many, but it was a bit challenging for us traveling with kids. Soundproofing could be better, and the bathroom and toilet were on the smaller side, though fully usable.
