The place was newly cleaned and tidy. The dining kitchen and bedroom were separate, with a spacious and comfortable bedroom. I got a free cup of coffee at the café on the first floor. Being in front of Bonken Con Market, food was never an issue for those who don’t mind. The shower booth leaked even when the door was closed, and the small indoor water heater made the hot water flow poorly. The kitchen and washbasin had no hot water, which is fatal for Japanese guests. The lobby on the second floor was confusing to find.
