The sphere was great, the bed comfy and we slept well. Unfortunately the Nordic bath wasn’t lit, it was full of snow so we couldn’t heat it and apparently we were supposed to do it ourselves. The dishes were dirty and there was no light on the terrace, so we had to use phone flashlights. The toilets were far from the sphere and everything was wet.

“Pour le prix c’est inadmissible”

The bed was comfy, the staff friendly, and the setting pleasant. The cleanliness was unacceptable—dishes weren’t washed, sheets were dirty, and the “hot tub” water had already been used. There was no breakfast even though it was listed in the ad. The light garland had fallen, so we had to rely on phone flashlights.

The capsule was original, set in a green, quiet environment, offering a very natural experience in summer. Communication with the owner was not very cordial. On site, the reception person was available and pleasant but only spoke English. Booking the stay was particularly troublesome: the owner called me several times to demand payment I thought I’d already made by card. Three weeks later, after many emails, she finally sent a payment link, proposing a higher price when adjusting the amount in pounds sterling. The place looked nice but maintenance and management were lacking. Several basic items were non‑functional (matchbox unusable because wet, dish soap empty, etc.). The only heat source was a fire, which was a real issue. Moreover, no food service or refrigeration space was offered, so you have to bring everything yourself. Fortunately, the on‑site person kindly helped us with a 4x4 to carry our bags because the access is very steep. In short: a place that could be nice, but the overall experience is ruined by a lack of professionalism and organization.

“Expérience mitigée”

The place is bucolic but the hosts lack a bit of hospitality! The priority is focused on getting paid, not on welcoming guests (I have very good reviews on Booking & Airbnb!). She sent me five messages asking if I could pay in advance instead of the Booking policy (understandable that cancellation terms can be tricky). But there was no information on how to access the site, which is complicated: you need a backpack and hiking shoes. There is no outdoor light and you must have a headlamp, and very warm clothes are required. NO INFORMATION.
