“A short but memorable stay, with excellent service, a spacious room, and a convenient central locati”

I liked how the hotel staff kept me in the loop before I arrived, especially their checks on my arrival time, and the warm welcome at check‑in when I was upgraded to a roomy superior room, which was a big plus. The only small snag was that the TV was unplugged when I got to the room; it was easy to fix, but having everything pre‑checked would have been better.

The place is in a good spot and the staff were helpful, but the room could have been cleaner and the street noise was noticeable.

The front‑desk staff were friendly, yet the bed was extremely hard, there was no window, and it felt hot; yellow stains that looked like urine splashes appeared on the wall near the toilet, insects were crawling on the bed and floor, the toilet looked infested with cockroaches, the room had a strong odor, and the building clearly needs refurbishment.

Service was excellent, especially Hailey at the front desk whose English was very useful with the grab service and other providers, including tour operators; it isn’t a five‑star hotel but it fits the budget and I’ll return, though breakfast sometimes felt a bit predictable but still good.
