Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The room was spotless, beautiful with a large window, TV, and air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable with excellent pillows. The bathroom was lovely and stocked with high‑quality products (shampoo, shower gel, and intimate wash). The owner was very friendly and very available. The location was great: close to the venues I frequent and near the subway. Nothing to add.

We flew into Genoa for a concert and needed a room close enough to the stadium to walk back afterward. The lady was friendly and gave us good advice on how to reach the seats we asked for and also helped us find a reasonably priced parking spot for the night. The room was clean, a little noisy, but overall the experience was great.

The room was very clean, equipped with toiletries, and the stay was completely satisfactory.

The location is central for visiting museums, the Baroque and Renaissance Palazzi dei Rolli, wandering the Sestrieri neighborhoods, and exploring the harbor to find a place to eat local dishes. I spent three days in Genoa and two nights at Italy Inn where Mrs. Gloria called me to provide all the necessary check‑in information. The room was quite comfortable, the bathroom was normal and fully equipped, the cleanliness was impeccable, and after a long day of touring, waking up in that bed felt refreshing and ready for another day of sightseeing. Genoa is beautiful, and the property was too—thanks to Gloria for her availability and cleanliness. I couldn't find anything to criticize; everything was perfect.

The check‑in could have been later. It is unacceptable that the hotel states it offers a parking space for the car if that space is paid, public, and not linked to the room. If that had been clearer on Booking, I would not have chosen this hotel.
