The alternative therapeutic care service linked to the hotel was impressive, and Élian’s welcome was very warm! Breakfast was shared with the hosts 😋. The city of Casma is not worth a visit: it’s ugly, dirty, noisy, and the September climate is hot and humid.

The hosts’ welcome was adorable and sincere. We shared breakfast and had a pleasant chat; they’re both energy therapists, so the conversation was very interesting. The room and amenities were very clean. There’s a large terrace, and the house is two streets from several bus stops, like via Costa. The hot water boiler didn’t work, but it was warm enough.

It was the most expensive room on our 7.5‑week, 8,300‑km tour of Peru with many over‑booked stays. The quality ranked toward the bottom. In short: for the price, the service offered was far above what we experienced elsewhere in Peru.
