The establishment was closed and we had to cancel in agreement with the managers, the platform had not informed them of our booking; we were forced to find another place and were unhappy about being left in that situation.

The room was large with a nice sea view; it was a four‑star property when it opened, but now it looks somewhat neglected and could be better utilized; the staff were very friendly (almost everyone). The floors were old and damaged, there was no balcony table as shown in the photo, the bathroom fan was extremely noisy and eventually broke during the stay but was promptly replaced; the TV was tiny and had very few channels, the fridge was tiny and barely cooled anything, and the Wi‑Fi was extremely slow, better to use my phone.

The staff were friendly, we brought our dog and they even set aside a table away from other guests for breakfast, and the cleaning crew were sweet, always tidying up while we ate so the dog wouldn’t bother the room. I feel the hotel’s staff is a bit old‑school; after returning from the sea at 18:00 there was still light, and my partner was without a shirt, so a gentleman at reception told him to put one on right away, even though the room was ready immediately after. Only he understood that, the other staff were all nice. We’ve stayed at many 5‑star hotels and they never mentioned anything; of course you wouldn’t go to breakfast shirtless or wander around like that, but after a day at the sea it can be acceptable, and he politely had him put on a shirt right away.

The hotel faces the sea, convenient location, the beach is about a 10‑minute drive away, and those who like rocks find them right in front of the hotel. Breakfast is fairly varied, the staff are very kind and helpful, and the room is fairly clean. The rooms were clean enough, but we found ants, and the breakfast was rather monotonous.

Convenient spot to visit the whole coast, rooms are just right for a whole family, furnishings are comfortable, the bathroom is clean and cozy, and every staff member is exceptional—an excellent experience worth trying. Nothing to add.
