It was hot and the place needs an air‑conditioning system that is unfortunately missing.

The location is great—just two minutes to the beach or the city center. The walls are very thin, so my boyfriend and I could hear the neighbors snoring in the adjacent room. Also, €100 for one night seems a bit pricey for just a single room with a bathroom; I would lower the price by at least €20.

The owner is very friendly and kind, the rooms are comfortable, and the location is strategic, just a few steps from the sea.

The owner’s friendliness and empathy, the small but new and modern bathroom, and the location are positives. However, there is no wardrobe, no shared fridge, no soundproofing between rooms, and no air conditioning— the building gets very hot. Entering from the back doesn’t do the property justice; it’s better to use their private entrance.
