“Please do not book this accommodation. Despite confirming our booking on the 20th of September 2026, we arrived at this”

We booked this property for March‑April and confirmed it earlier in the year, yet when we arrived at 12:30 am to check in—after they had approved that time—the hostel seemed shut. We tried contacting two different people: one did not reply, and the other told us to “ring the doorbell”; after explaining the situation again, they still did not respond. Please do not book unless you are sure the property is still available and not evicted, as indicated by the signs on the door in the picture.

The location is good, but the entrance had notices about some violation that made me feel uneasy, although inside it was calmer.

“Mejorable”

The staff were friendly, the location and views were nice, but the beds were uncomfortable, there were many heavy blankets for the cold, and the bathroom needs a renovation.
