The restaurant's odor permeated the whole area, the breakfast was mediocre and the service there was poor, and the beds and mattresses were uncomfortable.

The new, welcoming building had friendly staff and a very convenient spot near the sports arenas, and in just a few minutes by car you’re on the main street or in the EXPO area, but the breakfast didn’t live up to the hotel’s standards, offering little variety, and the rooms were too hot, as often happens in Kazakhstan.
