Location is beautiful. Staff are nice. Rooms are very big and comfortable. We stayed in May for a week and in August for 3 days. It’s happened on both trips…the shampoo/body wash/conditioner isn’t filled up. There is also a lot of overflowing garbage on the floor garbage cans by the elevator. I think someone needs to empty it more frequently. Someone needs to check the rooms for quality and that the shampoo things are being filled. I came for just 3 days so didn’t pack my own because I didn’t check a bag. So I had to go to Walgreens to get shampoo and body wash. The lady at the front desk was told about this in May, and this time. Also, the over all cleanliness of the bathrooms could be improved. We love BHS and have been going since 2023, but it seems like the bar is lower now on the cleanliness in the rooms overall. Just simple things getting overlooked
