There was a sewage smell in the room; I tried to switch rooms but the new one still smelled musty. I've stayed here for three years and the other years were good, especially the staff’s attention, but this year was one of the worst experiences I’ve had.
“Excelente custo beneficio”
The hotel is very well situated and the staff extremely attentive. The front‑desk person was very helpful and kept our bags while we explored the city because we arrived in the morning and check‑in was only in the afternoon. This kind of service made a big difference at our arrival.
I liked the reception staff. I didn’t like the hotel itself: the rooms were ugly, the pillows smelled like cigarette, the street was very noisy, and the blanket had a lot of bumps.
The hotel is very well located, close to the center and bus terminal, and opposite the river, which keeps it away from crowds and noise. The room is comfortable and functional. Breakfast was very good, the staff friendly and ready to help. It’s a great price‑quality option! The bathroom emitted a drain smell. Rooms facing the patio and pool are more exposed; it’s better to request those facing the balcony. The common areas produce a noticeable echo that reaches the rooms.
