The location and organization were great, with easy access to public transport (the metro at Piazza Bologna and buses and trains at Tiburtina), away from Rome’s central bustle, and the bed was especially comfortable.

The breakfast was a bit far and basic, but everything else was fine.

Nothing in particular stood out as positive. The location was bad; finding parking was impossible unless you paid. Towels were hard, the bathroom had no window, and the TV was tiny. The breakfast was forgettable considering the price. It was served at a bar about 200 metres away, which felt insignificant and unwelcoming. The menu only offered a simple coffee and croissant or cappuccino at the café, with no further options, and the pastry selection was poor.

The owner is very kind and helpful. The B&B is in a very quiet area. The room was clean and comfortable.
