We dined à la carte at the restaurant, and after almost two hours and several inquiries, our food finally arrived. The ribeye steak we ordered turned out tough, bony, and greasy, while the fries were soggy. I wouldn’t return for another meal there.

The staff are nice, the rooms are comfortable, and the restaurant is very good. 1. There is no WI-FI in the rooms. The network is very poor and we had to use our SIM for the internet (we also change rooms to get closer to the reception where the WI-FI is but it didn't help) 2. There was a very very bad smell outside the rooms

There was no good service; I was waiting for my money for two weeks and the staff didn’t respond. The phone service was poor.

This Hotel has not been renovated, I stayed at this hotel 8 years ago and nothing has changed in the rooms, the bathroom was the same, the shower was not great and there was a water problem The staff were friendly and check in was pleasant
