A big thank you to the whole team for this stay; special mention for the salad and burger that delighted me.

The staff were extremely friendly, but the room smelled stale and wasn’t cleaned well; Karel’s old house‑spinning device still hung from the ceiling until he turned the room off. There was an extra door in the room, behind which a secondary door with alarm stickers led to an unknown space—probably a loft—and it should have been locked so kids couldn’t explore when parents weren’t watching. A foul smell also came from behind that door.

The mini breakfast was simple, and we liked how the place’s simplicity matched its central location, making for lovely walks, especially in the beautiful park just nearby. We had expected the lively, family‑friendly vibe of the former owners and their excellent, simple restaurant; I hope the young owners who took over recently can bring back a comparable atmosphere.

The location and staff were good, but the room had no pleasant scent and was very hot because there was no air conditioning. Breakfast was also minimal.

A traditional French hotel bar with a nice feel sits on a small quiet square next to the Boulangerie. The Logis brand guarantees what to expect. Free bottled water was a nice touch, and the staff/owners were friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was a little disappointing—previous reviews suggested they might have had a bad batch. The entrecôte was cooked well but rather tough.
