“Excellent staff, exceptional service and clean”

Property was central city, clean, whole team of staff are helpful, standout was Dustin whom is very kind, exceptional service, patient, goes above and beyond. We had urgent medical issue which Dustin helped with locating a doctor so close by and issue resolved, so grateful to him. Also had some great recommendations on local Korean restaurants. None

The staff was very helpful throughout our stay. Dustin, in particular, helped out when a minor issue, not related to our hotel stay, came up just as we were getting ready to check out - thank you Dustin

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel First Stay and would definitely return if we were to come back to Korea, the rooms are a bit hot on arrival however each room has an airconditioner and air purifier to make it comfortable within a few minutes. The rooms are decently sized for the price we paid, but the main factor of the hotel is the location, very good restaurants everywhere, train and bus stations in conveniant locations. We really enjoyed the staff at the hotel, specifically Luna, who went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed like printing documents. Our rooms didnt have any windows
