Because we had a small child, we chose this place to sleep on the floor instead of the bed. It’s located inside a shopping street, which is convenient. It’s a little narrow, but enough for sleeping, and the cost is very reasonable. The futon mattress is too thick and uncomfortable to sleep on. A thinner mattress plus a bedding layer would have been better. There’s a small fridge that is a bit noisy. The air‑con remote’s battery was dead, so we couldn’t use it.

“Great, authentic, and well located Japanese stay with very helpful hosts .”

The family flat is well located near Haneda airport. After a long flight we were allowed to check in early and could leave our luggage late. The flat gave us a wonderful first experience of living in Japan, which is what we’re doing as new expats. I can only recommend this accommodation. The bathroom is functional but slightly old.

“Handy apartment close to Haneda station.”

We booked this small apartment for our family of five to catch an early flight to Haneda airport. It’s less than ten minutes walk from the station and a six‑minute ride to Terminal 3. Everything was ready and clean. It’s in a quiet residential area with many eateries nearby. Communication with the owner went smoothly through the booking messaging app.

The host was extremely helpful. There was no air conditioning in the second room/space, but there was a fan.

“Fun and good location with good amenities.”

Access was very easy and it was close to a station. Overall the place was very clean and had nice facilities. The owner let us in before the stated check‑in time, saving us time and stress. My companions and I enjoyed the apartment a lot and would gladly stay here again. The walls were pretty thin, so you could hear people walking around the property.
