The price was good for the New York location, and the room was clean and spacious. However, there was a major IT security issue with 7 phishing attempts across multiple channels; the front desk denied responsibility and showed no interest. The fridge in the room was very noisy, and the breakfast was average with room for improvement in the selection.

Good value for money and friendly staff and clean . We are a couple in our 60s from central London and we have been to many major cities globally . . I felt ok but my wife was a little uncomfortable in the surrounding neighbourhood. I would say if you get Ubers everywhere and don’t stay out really late you should be fine . All the people we dealt with in the area were fine , but take it into account . The Bronx is interesting
