The location was fantastic, with everything interesting within walking distance. There were good restaurants and bars nearby. The room was tidy and comfortable, and the bathroom was also very good and clean. The staff were truly friendly. I would recommend this place, and if I ever go back to Madrid, I’d like to stay here. The walls were thin and the sound insulation was poor, so noises from other rooms were clearly audible, but for the night everything was quiet and there were no disturbances. Outside there was no noise.

“Nice place, location is convenient to everything but I didn’t feel terribly safe.”

The room was very nice and clean with a nice sized bathroom, and getting in and out was easy; the staff were friendly. The location wasn’t ideal, though—when I arrived at 6 am there were police officers on foot and in cars everywhere, and I didn’t feel comfortable being outside after dark by myself. The room was supposed to be ready at 1 pm but I had to wait until 1:30 pm.

The location is fantastic, close to Atocha station, convenient for the airport bus, and within walking distance of the city’s main sights. The hotel’s exterior looks a bit old, but the rooms are clean and comfortable, with fresh-smelling linens; the staff are friendly and I loved it.

The location was good, the place was super clean and well maintained, and it worked well for a short stay (2 to 3 days maximum). The room was small, had no air conditioning, and the window looked out onto the internal courtyard, offering little privacy.

The location is good and the service is good, but the old building hasn’t been renovated; the bathroom is very small and I couldn’t leave a small backpack for a few hours—only until 13 h. The rest is fine. The bed is somewhat uncomfortable for someone who is 1.83 m tall; the bathroom is very small.
