The location was ideal, close to everything and the tram, and the staff were very friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was hearty and complete, the room was very pleasant with a beautiful view. The hotel itself was old and seriously needed a refresh; the stairs were hard for people with reduced mobility and the bathroom was tiny.

The accommodation was good, well‑located, bathrooms were clean, and breakfast was adequate. The reception had an awful cigarette smell, the rooms were very dark and we were in a basement, and the carpets felt a bit old.

Rumours Inn is a very friendly hotel; the staff are kind and helpful. Its location is just perfect for tourists, only a 5‑minute walk from the Blue Mosque. I was traveling alone and my room was very nice and especially clean. It’s a quiet place where I occasionally enjoyed their rooftop terrace with a stunning sea view while sipping coffee or tea, which is available to guests. The neighborhood is pleasant with plenty of small restaurants. This was my first stay in Istanbul and I highly recommend the place. If I ever get the chance to return, that’s where I’ll go.

Check‑in and check‑out were smooth, the staff were polite and helpful. The room was simple but perfect for sleeping, and it was cleaned daily; breakfast was fine, and the roof terrace was cozy (and the cats were very cute!). Our first room was very small, but as soon as it became available, they offered us a larger one. In terms of value for money I can’t commit. In the second room the shower or toilet dripped, which was a bit disturbing at night, but it could be fixed. We didn’t have time to report it, but if we had, they would surely have taken care of it. There could really be more shelves or cabinets; there were only a few pine trees. A few days’ stay was tolerable.

The hotel is fantastic, rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast is good and tasty, with plenty of choices. The location is great, just a few minutes from the Blue Mosque. The staff are responsive, polite, and pleasant. This is our second time staying here and we’re happy again. Thanks for the warm welcome!
