The hotel was comfortable and the staff were very polite; if I ever need a couple of nights in Batumi again, I’ll definitely choose this place.
Everything was clean and comfortable, the staff were kind and helpful, and I would definitely stay here again – highly recommended!
Less than 24 hours before check‑in, the hotel texted us that no rooms were available but did not cancel our confirmed reservation. We didn’t see the message and arrived as planned, only to be told at reception that they had already messaged us and could offer no help or alternative accommodation. The receptionist kept insisting it wasn’t his fault, raised his voice instead of handling the situation professionally, and left us without lodging on such short notice while keeping the reservation active. This was extremely stressful and disappointing.

They first gave me a luxury room with three beds, which I thought was a nice gesture, but then they moved my own bag without my permission and transferred me to another room – a horrible experience that I would not recommend. I hope they never do that again to anyone else.
