The hotel was clean and the staff at reception were great, but the air‑conditioning is in terrible shape and needs a full overhaul. The AC is really bad and requires refurbishment.

I stayed with my family in 2 superior rooms. The overall experience was great. The staff were very friendly.The breakfast was delicious. I didnt stay longer 😇

Breakfast and coffee were included and tasted great, and the food overall was excellent; the service was outstanding. The shisha was awful, tasting like plastic—probably from the tube—and the air conditioning didn’t work well.
