“BERBAT”
Nothing to like. There was nothing worth liking—terrible, filthy, smelly, dusty. The bathroom needed renovation first; cleaning should be done by professionals. Reviewers should be objective; I don’t know how those who give full marks live. The sofa collapsed, dust rose when I tried to straighten the rug, hair appeared, the place wasn’t cleaned after the last guest, the towels were no longer white, stained and faded. Even in summer my stomach hurt. The sheets were synthetic, awful. The single‑use slippers weren’t thrown away. No bathroom supplies. The sink had a crack, water pooled on the floor, you step into the toilet water. At night, the basement floor creaked and made a humming noise. Booking should inspect homes and materials, give cleaning training and set a standard. I won’t even walk past that street again. It’s the worst, filthiest house we’ve stayed in over the years, ranking first among the top three worst. It was the first time we stayed in a house that smelled bad. We were exhausted and had come a long way.
