The massage chair was a type I had never experienced before and it was fascinating. The bathtub is spacious enough for two people to relax comfortably. The toilet door swings inward, which made it inconvenient to use.

The staff were very friendly. Since it’s a Love hotel, there’s no reception desk. On arrival you have to set everything up yourself, but the service is excellent and the rooms are large.

We booked this place after deciding at the last minute to add Ghibli Park and the Toyota Museum to our itinerary, and we liked that it’s an adult‑only hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel offered more than the usual amenities, and parking was free.
