Reception and room‑service were attentive. Overall, the human touch aimed to make my stay comfortable. The mattress was bad; I had to flip it as it was already sagging from the center up. The next day it was still sagging. The walls are so thin that everything is audible. I heard my neighbor in 202 every night and I guess they heard the TV too.

Carlota was always very friendly, cleaning was good, location was fine, close to the beach. The only downside was that the room was small and not sound‑proof; conversations from the adjacent room could be heard, and I imagine ours were the same.

The TV was a Google thing or something, I couldn’t figure out how to use it, but everything else was clean and correct.
