We booked a place in Kazbey for a tour and had no other options. Even though we had to check in immediately after booking, the staff welcomed us with smiles. They brought everything we needed for charging our phone and responded instantly to messages. Toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner—all were provided, and the bed was very comfortable. The only issue was a wire on the wall next to the bed and office supplies stacked under the table, but it didn’t interfere with our stay.
