I had a very nice and peaceful stay; I would definitely recommend it to anyone. The staff were good and nice people too, and I really enjoyed my time there.

The breakfast isn’t included, but there’s a kitchen where you can cook whatever you like, and coffee and tea are offered for a modest price. The hosts are very friendly and go out of their way to accommodate reasonable requests. The house is very quiet, clean, well‑ventilated, with comfortable beds, a spacious hot shower, and a kitchen that has enough supplies. I didn’t have time to try the sauna, but for a small extra fee you can enjoy a good relaxing session. If you’re heading to the Messe like I am, the bus stops right at the door; the location is excellent.

The hosts were very helpful and friendly. The room is nicely equipped and very clean. The house’s location is top, right near Munich.

The location is a bit far from the city center, but we already knew that. It’s perfect for a quieter stay. We arrived later than planned and were greeted very well. We recommend it. I don’t have any real criticisms. Maybe the kitchen could have a few extra items, but it was fine.
