The front desk jumped on our problem right away and got it sorted fast, which was a relief. Unfortunately the room still smelled like someone had been smoking, which was a bit off‑putting. Overall, staff were the saving grace.

The place was tidy and surprisingly quiet, which made it easy to relax. Getting the room key took forever and the staff weren’t great at answering questions, and I was disappointed not to find any Indian food nearby. Still, the peace was nice.

The hotel lived up to what I expected – clean, functional, nothing surprising. The reception staff, however, weren’t very friendly and made the check‑in feel cold.

I liked the cheap rate and the fact that there were tons of eateries around. The front desk couldn’t locate my reservation, so I ended up re‑booking on the spot – luckily it was even cheaper and had a real window view. Finding the hotel was a hassle; I needed a Chinese map app and a friend’s help to get there.

Rooms were spotless and the shower was fantastic, plus the metro stop was right there and a lovely park just down the street. The price felt right for the area and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. The only downside was the room felt a bit narrow and you could hear some rumble from the trains, but it wasn’t a deal‑breaker.
