The hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful; I especially liked Frank’s customer service—he handled my issue professionally and efficiently, and was very nice and considerate. The beds were comfortable and everything worked. Our first room, 117, had a strange smell from the AC, so Frank moved us to a new room and promised to notify management. I was very pleased with how it was resolved.
