“The sheets and quilt were stained, the walls between floors were thin and we did not enjoy our stay.”

The bed was comfortable, yet the walls had holes, the blankets and sheets were stained, we were woken by people walking and moving luggage above us, and the hotel advertised breakfast and an outdoor pool that didn’t exist.
