Breakfast was excellent, though the location is a bit outside, it’s very quiet and easy to reach by tram. The room on the fourth floor felt cramped because of the slanted roof and the tiny window made it rather dark.

I travel to this hotel regularly and am always satisfied. The hotel is beautiful in a wonderful location with great breakfasts. The air‑conditioning in this room wasn’t fully functional and the bed was small, something I didn’t notice in other rooms.

We really liked the quietness close to the city and the friendliness of the hotel staff. However, the hotel claims four stars, but during our stay it only partly lived up to that claim. We felt that at several points the hotel relied more on what was available rather than on a consistently high‑quality guest experience. From the moment we entered the room, the experience didn’t quite match what we had expected from the booking. The breakfast also lacked the attention to detail one would expect in this category. The presentation seemed somewhat utilitarian rather than appealing in places. The wellness area left a mixed impression; the temperature, lighting and atmosphere didn’t really match what we associate with relaxation and a high‑end hotel standard. Quietness and coziness were only partially present. Overall, we missed a certain level of attentiveness and quality that, in our view, should define a four‑star stay. The hotel has potential, but there are still gaps between the official claim and the actual guest experience. Those who book a four‑star hotel should expect that standard to be reflected throughout the entire stay, not just in the classification.
