“Worst Experience”

I had the worst experience ever; nothing was to my liking and the hotel fell far short of expectations, leaving us frustrated. We had a confirmed, fully paid reservation with a check‑in time of 12 PM, yet when we arrived around 2 PM we were not given the room we had booked. Instead, we received a temporary room and were told to wait. We had already travelled and expected the room to be ready, but we had to wait almost 3 hours. Finally, around 5 PM we were handed the correct room, which was a complete disappointment because it lacked basic necessities: no soap, no towels, no bedsheets, and no bedspread. On top of that, the complimentary breakfast that was part of our package was not offered; we were charged separately for it. This was not what was promised at the time of booking and was extremely disappointing. The whole situation was poorly managed and utterly frustrating: we waited for hours for a room that was already booked and paid for, the room was not prepared, essential amenities were missing, and we were charged for breakfast that should have been free. This falls far below the standard of service we expected and is not an experience anyone should have after making a confirmed booking.

Nothing was good. Everything was bad. We paid for a breakfast plan, yet even a single cup of coffee was not provided, and we were still charged for all of it.

“Good”

The room stayed spotless and the staff were welcoming, and if you want to leave you have to tell them your preferred time; they do daily housekeeping, and the desk was large enough for me to use my laptop comfortably. They supplied bottled water, soap and bath towels, the night was very quiet, the place was near a main road and the power sockets worked with Japanese plugs. I did see a few tiny cockroaches in the room, the lighting only covered the bed so the desk area was dim, the bottled water came in 500 ml bottles which didn’t matter to me because I didn’t drink it, and the TV wouldn’t turn on. When I asked the front desk about the TV, someone rang my doorbell at about 11:00 PM the night before I checked out, waking me up and feeling unpleasant.

“Poor servining”

In room they attached 2 single bed to 1 Bed so it's uncomfortable if u sleep in the middle of the bed.staff behaviour and servicing is very bad they r nt bother.its.
