Everything was amazing, from the service to the amenities. We left with a big smile and a promise to return.

The room was spotless, cozy, and kept in great shape – I’d definitely recommend it. The only downside was the minibar; a full fridge would have been better, and the TVs aren’t smart, which was a bit of a let‑down.

The apartment was wonderful – super comfy, cozy, and flawless. I had no complaints at all.

The location near the park was great, but the check‑in was a nightmare. We were told our reservations were missing, waited over an hour, and were even accused of trying to scam the hotel. After a long phone call and more than two hours at the front desk, the issue was finally resolved, and my exhausted son ended up falling asleep on the reception sofa.
