“Clean hotel, but poor service”
The hotel itself was clean and tidy, but unfortunately the reception staff were a bit offhand. They seemed a bit disinterested in helping us, which was a shame because the hotel itself was nice.

The workers even helped carry our luggage, which was a big plus given the hotel's challenging entrance. Unfortunately, there were a few issues, such as the lack of air conditioning, no partition between the room and bathroom, and no lock on the bathroom door, which meant we could hear everything from the bathroom.
